Folate and folic acid are forms of a water-soluble B vitamin. Folic acid is the body when using sugars and amino acids necessary material, folic acid is the the necessary material of body’s cells grow and reproduce.

At present people get folic acid through synthetic method

There are a lot of food which contain folic acid.  However, people can only get a little folic acid from the food directly. Because, the folic acid of the food will disappear when meeting light for long time. Such as:  the folic acid of vegetable will loss of 50% after store 2 ~ 3 days ; when doing Soup cooking, folic acid in food will loss of 50% ~ 95%;whenSalting vegetables, folic acid ingredients will loss a lot. So, it is very hard for people to get folic acid from food directly.

Buy fresh vegetables don’t put too long
